Refund Policy
Scope
This policy applies to purchases of Cardioherbalis and related goods sold by Vendordesigner to consumers in the European Union unless a separate contract states otherwise.
Withdrawal right
Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days from receiving the goods, provided items are returned in a condition consistent with normal inspection.
How to request a refund
Email info@vendordesigner.world with your order reference, reason, and photos if the shipment arrived damaged. We confirm instructions and return address within a reasonable timeframe.
Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated using the original payment method where possible. Banks may need additional days to post the credit. Replacement shipments, when offered, follow carrier timelines.
Hygiene and safety
Seals must be intact for food supplements unless the product is defective or mis-described. Mandatory consumer rights under Finnish and EU law remain unaffected.
